  2. To subscribe, simply register on http://epaper.nationmedia.com for the: Daily Nation, Business Daily, The East African and Taifa Leo E-paper.

  5. How do I make payments?

  6. You can now pay for the e-paper through your Visa Debit/ Credit card, MasterCard Debit/ Credit Card, MPESA, Airtel Money using our secure payment partner 3G Direct Pay.
    Select the payment period you would like to subscribe to: (Daily, Weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly)
    Once you make payments you will receive a welcome email from Direct Pay confirming payments and epaper@ke.nationmedia.com with the welcome email.


  7. How do I Log In?

  8. Enter your username and password received in the welcome email, on the section that says already a subscriber as shown below


  9. When is the epaper available?

  10. The epaper is available from 6:00am, all registered customers will receive an email alerting them when a new edition is realized.


  11. Can I access epaper on my mobile device?

  12. The epaper is available on an app for all publication. Kindly download the app from the play store if using an android device or on Apple store if using on IOS platform


  13. How do I renew my subscription

  14. To renew your subscription, simply log in to your account and click on purchase subscription


  15. How can I access archive on my desktop and mobile device

  16. On desktop Login to your account and click the publication, this should show all archives. Alternatively under the edition you can click on the archive tab.


  17. When accessing the archive how far back can I go to access the edition

  18. You can access up to two month's worth of past editions on all platforms.


  19. How can I download the epaper apps?

  20. Kindly download the app from the play store if using an android device or on Apple store if using on IOS platform.


  21. How do I know that my subscription has expired

  22. You can check the status of your subscription by logging into your account which will show when your subscription has expired as shown below;
